Freedom — The Hidden Masters of the Soul and the Freedom Christ Forms

In this powerful conclusion to the Freedom series, Apostle Patrick J. Brown takes us deeper into the formation of a truly free soul. He exposes four hidden masters of the soul that can quietly keep us from experiencing the full benefits of sonship: Fear, Shame, Control, and Offense. These masters often disguise themselves through our unhealed perceptions:

1. Fear governs our decisions and choices—but Christ replaces fear with TRUST.

2. Shame governs our identity—but condemnation is illegal in the life of the beloved! Christ restores our proper IDENTITY as sons.

3. Control governs our trust—but Christ teaches us SURRENDER.

4. Offense governs our interpretation—but Christ HEALS THE LENS through which we see.

What makes these hidden masters so deceptive is their ability to masquerade as something virtuous. Fear can parade itself as wisdom. Shame can disguise itself as humility. Control can present itself as discernment. And offense can call itself self-protection. But we don't have to stay there! Through Christ's processes of disclosure, exposure, and closure, He reveals what has been mastering our soul, cleanses what has been wounded, and heals what has distorted our perceptions. We have a remedy in Christ: HOPE!

True freedom is more than escaping bo***ge. It is the formation of a soul that has learned to trust instead of fear, embrace identity instead of shame, surrender instead of control, and see through a healed lens instead of offense. Christ is Lord over it all—and in Him, as sons, we have HOPE!

Christ forms freedom within us through the promises of sonship, overriding every false master that has attempted to govern our decisions, identity, trust, and interpretation. We are no longer slaves—we are sons, led by the Spirit of God!

What a fellowship! What a rich time! We are so grateful as Sisters-In-Christ for Holy Spirit's revelation to us yesterday at the Woman At The Well Bible Study Series. 🌺

We concluded our book study, "Becoming A Woman Whose God Is Enough" with chapter 11 on Divine Fellowship. What a powerful conclusion learning about being zealous for divine fellowship and intimacy with God. What a download! This study has pushed us forward into knowing that as we, Women of God, press into our daily lives, engaging many roles, we can know that El-Shaddai, the All Sufficient One, is ever with us. We can put all of our dependency in Him.🔥🌺
