We hope everyone has enjoyed a restful day off of work, and is safely traveling back home to get ready for the week. We missed some of our church family on Sunday, but can’t wait to gather on Wednesday and continue our survey through the Old Testament. We love our Commerce ISD staff and students!! Go Tigers!!

CHS is very GRATEFUL for the support from the incredible Ridgecrest Baptist church congregation!!! They helped supply backpacks to our students AND a coffee/hydration bar to our staff on the first day of school. We can't thank you enough for this thoughtful and generous act🎒🐯☕

The school year is in full swing and we are so excited for what the Lord has already been doing these first couple weeks! In order to better accommodate our students in extracurricular activities, and our volunteers coming from work, practices, and appointments, we are shifting Wednesday night start time to 6:30pm. Pizza will be served at 6pm, and our classes will dive into the Word from 6:30-7:30pm each week. Don’t miss out on joining in the fun and fellowship happening at RBC!

“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say rejoice.” -Philippians 4:4

Celebration Sunday was truly a glorious day! We witnessed one of our youth proclaim her faith in Christ and follow in obedience to be baptized. Three little ones were dedicated to the Lord as their families publicly committed to raise them up in the way they should go. AND we welcomed in THREE new families to RBC, along with officially celebrating our senior and youth pastor’s families being here. The Lord is as work in Commerce, the Lord is at work in Ridgecrest, rejoice!

Welcome back CHS Tigers!! We had the privilege of partnering with mugsonthesquare to sponsor coffee for our Commerce High School staff on the first day of class. We are thankful for all of our Commerce Tigers that call Ridgecrest home, and can’t wait to see them tonight for our Wednesday night activities.
