Pastor Leroy and his wife, Ann Monique, bring years of dedicated pastoral ministry and leadership experience. They carry a deep heart to serve God, love people, strengthen families, develop leaders, and make a lasting impact in the community. We are expectant and excited for the future of Restoration Church as this anointed couple steps into God’s calling.
