Bells of Christ

Bells of Christ We play 3 octaves of Mallmark handbells and 3 octaves of handchimes. We are always looking for more ringers either full-time or as a sub.

We play at church every other month or so, every December we are invited to a neighboring church for a Ring and Share. We are members of Area 5 of Handbell Musicians of America. Olesya Savinkova-Director. http://handbellmusicians.org

We are excited to attend the conference in Columbus, OH later this month!

Today we’d like to thank the Bells of Christ from Servants of Christ Lutheran Church in Indianapolis for registering for the Columbus Spring Ring! This group of ringers was founded by Susan Oxley, former Chair of Area 5. Current director Olesya Savinkova was appointed to the position in June of 2016.
According to Olesya, “Majority of our ringers are members of Servants of Christ, and some are friends. We ring three octaves of Malmark handbells and chimes. We play monthly at church. Bells of Christ participated in numerous conferences over the years and are looking forward to their upcoming visit to Columbus, to connect with fellow musicians and explore new ideas.”

We at Area 5 are so excited for them to join us at the Columbus Spring Ring!
