As a community of believers who know, love, and serve Jesus Christ, we celebrate the sacramental life of the Church, proclaim the saving message of Christ, and share the love of the Lord, especially with the least, the poor, and the suffering. We are a family of faith made up of individuals that love God and their fellow human beings. This is evident by the wide variety of ministries, services, an

d outreach programs sponsored by our parish. Matthew parishioners have a strong commitment to their faith and their neighbors. This commitment to God and family is the lifeblood of St. Today, we are a vibrant parish community of over 2,200 families and growing. Our school, religious education program, and faith-based initiatives are among the best in the Diocese. And we are proud of our continued improvement of our campus and facilities. -Saturday Evening Vigil Mass: 5:00 p.m.
-Sunday: 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m.
-Weekdays: 6:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m.
-Saturday: 8:30 a.m. CONFESSIONS
-Saturdays: 4:00-4:45 p.m.
-Sundays 11:00-11:45 a.m.
-Wednesdays 7:00-7:30 a.m. Other times by appointment

Additional times during Lent and Advent:
Sundays 9:00-9:45 a.m.

✨ You know what makes a Catholic school amazing? ✨ It’s when your priest stops by to say good morning, visits classrooms, jokes around with students and staff, and somehow always finds time to pray with us. 🙏

That’s the kind of presence that makes our school community so special! We are truly blessed to have Fr. Walter as part of our St. Matthew family. 💛

We are excited to partner with Kroger to earn some money for our Charitable Works Food Pantry! When you spend $2.50 on a reusable bag from the Kroger Marketplace in Gahanna (300 S. Hamilton Rd), our Food Pantry will get a $1 donation. The more bags our community buys, the more money goes to Charitable Works!

We are happy to partner with the Gahanna Kroger Marketplace (300 S. Hamilton) to raise money for Charitable Works! Through the month of September, for every reusable bag that is purchased for $2.50, $1 will go to our Charitable Works Food Pantry.

You don't need to do anything besides buy the bag, so it's a super easy way to support our Food Pantry while reducing the use of plastic bags.

Many thanks to the crew who helped load the van for St. Francis Center in MacArthur. It was a full van load of school supplies, clothes, housewares, children’s books and a few toys. Pictured: Brad (St. Francis driver), Denise Maksimoski, Bill Gill, and Loren Daily.

Since January, Charitable Works has distributed over 2,000 children’s books and we’ve started sharing them with the clients of our food pantry at St. Matthew.

In September and October, we will collect boys clothes and shoes, and jigsaw puzzles for kids and adults up to 1,000 pieces (please tape boxes shut). Please continue to bring gently used winter coats, also.

Praise God for the generous response of the parish to help those in need. For whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me (Mt 25:40).
