Subject: Standing with the West Bloomfield Michigan Community
Dear Friends,
In moments like the one our faith community is facing after the tragic events in West Bloomfield, Michigan, we are reminded why preparation, responsibility, and community matter so much.
As a house of worship, our mission is to provide a place of peace, fellowship, and spiritual growth. At the same time, we recognize the importance of ensuring that those who serve and protect our congregation, whether volunteer safety team members, security personnel, or responsible congregants have the support they need should they ever be forced to defend innocent life.
That is one of the reasons we have chosen to partner with Right To Bear Association.
Right To Bear provides its members with self-defense legal protection and resources designed to support responsible individuals in the aftermath of a defensive incident. Their membership helps ensure that if someone ever has to act to protect themselves or others, they have immediate access to experienced legal support and guidance during what would likely be one of the most difficult moments of their life.
Our partnership with Right To Bear reflects our commitment to both care for our congregation and support those who stand ready to protect it. We believe preparation and responsible stewardship go hand in hand with our calling to serve our community.
