TEAR International Apostolic and Prophetic Network TEAR is a network of Christian Ministries under the Apostolic Covering of Apostle Dr. Senordor M. Hines, Sr Ephesians 4:11-16

TEAR is the acronym for Training, Equipping, Activating and Releasing
It’s function is to provide covering, accountability, spiritual impartation, and activation to leaders in all phases of their gifting and five-fold ministry. The Apostolic Mandate upon Apostle Hines’ life is to father, raise up, and train leaders for this age to fulfill the purpose that God has for their lives. TEAR Internation

al is the tool in which God has placed in his hands to accomplish this task. We exist to assist existing leaders in raising up the next generation who will fully flow in their calling and walk in the strict obedience and holiness God has commanded

The vision of this Network is to recognize, train, equip, activate and release leaders in the five-fold ministry into every area in the body of Christ. This includes all commissioned ministers, elders, as well overseers, and even bishops.
