Today we celebrate and honor all mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, caregivers, and mother figures whose love, guidance, prayers, and sacrifices continue to shape our families, church, and community. Thank you for the strength, wisdom, and compassion you show each day.

Our Woodson-Anderson Women’s Missionary Society Annual Service at Canaan AME Church was truly a blessing!

Guest speaker, Mrs. Ira Booker, delivered a powerful message that pushed our key theme “Grace for the Mission” from Ephesians 2:8–10.

We were reminded that grace is more than a gift that saves us—it is also the grace that sends us. We are God’s workmanship, created with purpose and called to good works that He has already prepared for us to do.

Grace empowers the mission.
Grace sustains the mission.
And through grace, we walk boldly in the work God has assigned to our lives.

Thankful for a timely word and the reminder that when God gives the mission, He also gives the grace.
