🌿March Recap🌨️

This month was an exciting journey for BSU! March had numerous celebrations along with Cadet led worship nights at Monday SPIRE and Wednesday Night Bible Studies!

We were able to celebrate the first Sunday out in civies with our freshmen after Recognition! A few cadets also embarked on a spring break mission trip to San Diego with students from UCCS Christian Challenge!

Following Spring Break, BSU hosted a sunrise service at the BSU house on Easter Sunday!

🎉 This month we celebrated another cadet baptism! Our very own C4C Connor Tipton gave his life to Christ! 🎉

✈️ BSU is now officially two months into the 24’ Spring Semester!

These last two months have been packed with fun fellowship events and growing of faith!

The month of January marked the beginning of the new lesson on missions! Discussions of what God calls us to be as believers and time in prayer were a huge part of Monday nights!

In February, BSU hosted a Super Bowl Watch Party. The event had all sorts of fun activities including bingo, candy prizes, and food! BSU also hosted a weekend retreat at the house. Cadets were challenged to be like Jesus and grow spiritually through worship, fellowship, prayer, and devotion!

🎉 Our very own C3C Reily Hopkins gave his life to Christ and was baptized at the house this month! We can't wait to see God's plans for Reily going forward!! 🎉

🎉 Welcome Back Cadets 🎉

We're kicking the new year off with a December recap!

Last month, BSU hosted the last big event of the fall semester: The Annual Christmas Party! The party was jam packed with fun games, prizes, and lots of pancakes. Cadets unwrapped plastic-wrapped gifts with oven mitts, "sang" Christmas Carols, and played a competitive game of fishbowl! The 4degrees also put together an entertaining telling of the Birth of Jesus!

BSU also volunteered at Operation Christmas Child! At the OCC warehouse, cadets helped pack boxes to be sent to children around the world!

With the Spring '24 semester kicking off, we look forward to getting back to SPIRE nights and supporting the cadets in finishing the academic year!

🧣November Wrap-up 🍂

BSU is gearing up for finals and winter break!

This month, BSU hosted a progressive Thanksgiving Dinner for the cadets. The meal included appetizers, main course , dessert, icebreaker questions, and a shared music playlist! While traveling to the host houses, cadets also shopped for toys to fill Operation Christmas Child boxes.

Throughout the month, BSU held Monday night SPIRE, girls/guys groups, and Sunday lunches!
