God is chasing you. Not because He must, but because He LOVES you.

1 John 4 reminds us that God is LOVE, and that He LOVED you first. Before you ever turned toward Him, He was already moving toward you. Romans 5 shows what that LOVE looks like: Christ gave Himself for you, and He did it because He wanted you.

And He is still coming after you today. Still reaching for you. Still drawing you close. He wants to have a relationship with you more than you know.

Romans 8 says nothing can separate you from that LOVE. The LOVE that pursued you before you knew Him is pursuing you now and will keep pursuing you in the days ahead. He is not pursuing you out of obligation. He LOVES you with a LOVE that never gives up and never lets go.

You were LOVED before you knew it. You are LOVED right now. And you will never face a day beyond His LOVE.
You are wanted. You are LOVED. And He is still coming after you.

When you process His truth, His commandments, and His calling through who you are in Christ, you will own it. It comes gracefully, and God receives the glory.
You will not walk it out perfectly. But you will walk it out more accurately and more profoundly than you ever did under the law. The law is the strength of sin because the law points to you. Grace points to Him.
Walk it out as His beloved.

Not every moment requires us to do more, figure it out, or find the way forward on our own.

Psalm 23 reminds us that we have a Shepherd who leads, provides, and restores.

Maybe today, instead of searching for the next step, take a moment to rest in the One who already knows the way.

Do you know God personally?
Church attendance and good deeds can’t answer that for you.
Jesus warned that some will stand before Him certain they belong, pointing to ministry and miracles, and hear that He never knew them.
Eternal life, He said, is knowing the only true God and Jesus Christ whom He sent.
Knowing about Him isn’t knowing Him. Don’t let religious activity replace relationship.
Examine your heart. Do you know Him?
