Genesis Episode 7
Noah Builds the Ark

📖 Genesis 6:9–22
As evil spread throughout the earth, God saw that people’s hearts were filled with wickedness. But one man, Noah, remained faithful and obedient to God.

God decided to send a great flood to cleanse the earth, but He chose Noah and his family to be saved. God instructed Noah to build a massive ark and bring his family, along with pairs of every kind of animal, into it.

Even though Noah had never seen a flood before, he trusted God completely and followed every instruction. His faith and obedience became an example for all generations.

âś… Obedience to God brings protection.
âś… Faith means trusting God even when we do not understand His plan.
âś… God always provides a way of salvation for those who follow Him.

đź“– Genesis 6:22
“Noah did everything just as God commanded him.”
When the world turned away from God, Noah chose obedience. Faith in God can guide us safely through life’s greatest storms.

Genesis Episode 6:
Cain and Abel
The First Offering

Genesis 4:1–16

After Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden, they had two sons: Cain and Abel.

Cain became a farmer who worked the ground, while Abel became a shepherd who cared for sheep. One day, both brothers brought offerings to God.

Abel offered the best of his flock, giving God his finest. Cain also brought an offering from his crops, but God accepted Abel’s offering and was pleased with his faith and obedience.

Cain became angry and jealous. God warned him:

“If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door.” (Genesis 4:7)

Instead of listening to God, Cain invited Abel into the field and killed his brother. When God asked where Abel was, Cain replied:

“Am I my brother’s keeper?”

God judged Cain for his sin and sent him away from the land. Yet even in judgment, God showed mercy by placing a mark on Cain to protect him from being harmed by others.

* God desires sincere worship and obedience.
* Jealousy and anger can lead to sin if not controlled.
* We are responsible for loving and caring for others.
* God is just, but He is also mercifu

Heavenly Father, help us to worship You with sincere hearts. Remove jealousy, anger, and hatred from our lives. Teach us to love and care for one another and to obey Your voice. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Genesis Episode 5
Cain and Abel
A Heart of Worship
📖 Genesis 4:1–16

Adam and Eve had two sons, Cain and Abel. Cain became a farmer, while Abel became a shepherd. Both brothers brought offerings to God. God accepted Abel’s offering because it was given with faith and a sincere heart, but He rejected Cain’s offering.

Cain became angry and jealous. God warned him to master the sin that was growing in his heart. Instead of listening, Cain invited Abel into the field and killed him.

When God asked Cain where his brother was, Cain replied, “Am I my brother’s keeper?” Because of his sin, Cain was punished and became a wanderer on the earth. Yet God still showed mercy by placing a protective mark on him.

âś… Worship God with a sincere heart.
âś… Do not allow jealousy and anger to control you.
âś… God sees everything we do.
✅ God’s mercy is available even after failure when we turn to Him.

“If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door.”

A heart that truly honors God is more important than any gift we bring. Let us guard our hearts against jealousy and choose obedience to God.

Message for Today

God looks not only at what we give, but also at the condition of our hearts. Jealousy, anger, and disobedience can lead us away from God’s will. We should choose faith, love, and obedience.

Heavenly Father, help us to worship You with sincere hearts. Remove jealousy, anger, and bitterness from our lives. Teach us to obey Your voice and walk in love. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Genesis Episode 3:
The Fall of Man

In the beautiful Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve enjoyed fellowship with God and had everything they needed. God gave them one command: not to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

One day, the serpent deceived Eve by questioning God’s word. Eve ate the forbidden fruit and gave some to Adam, who also ate it. Immediately, they realized they had sinned and became aware of their nakedness. Fear and shame entered their lives for the first time.

When God came to the garden, Adam and Eve hid from Him. God questioned them, and they admitted what had happened. Because of their disobedience, sin entered the world. God pronounced consequences upon the serpent, Eve, and Adam.

Even in judgment, God showed mercy. He made garments for Adam and Eve and gave the first promise of a Savior who would one day defeat Satan.

Finally, Adam and Eve were sent out of the Garden of Eden so they could not eat from the Tree of Life and live forever in their fallen state.

Disobedience separates us from God, but God’s mercy provides hope and Redemption.

In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve faced a choice: obey God or follow temptation. Through disobedience, sin entered the world, bringing separation from God. Yet, even in judgment, God revealed His mercy and promised a Savior who would bring redemption.

This chapter reminds us that every choice has consequences, but God’s love and grace are greater than our failures. When we turn back to Him, we find forgiveness, hope, and restoration.
