Jesus took the cup of God’s wrath and judgment for our sins so that we wouldn’t have to! What an incredible reminder of His love and sacrifice for us.

Jesus never promised us a life without trouble, but He did promise us that we could have peace because He has overcome the world! (John 16:33)

What an amazing Sunday in the house of God!

Our prayer is that no matter what life brings your way, your cup would always overflow with His love, hope, peace, joy, and the assurance that comes from knowing Jesus.

Because of Him, we can face whatever comes our way knowing that victory is already His!

Let your cup overflow! ☕❤️

Today’s message reminded us that we all have our own cups to carry in life. Some may experience more joy and less suffering, while others may walk through seasons filled with more suffering and less joy. Our journeys may look different, but God is still present through every season.

In Job 2:9-10, we see Job facing unimaginable suffering, yet he continued to recognize that we cannot accept only the good from God’s hand while refusing to face the difficult seasons of life.

Sometimes, our cup may be difficult to drink from. We may question why we’re going through what we’re facing, but our circumstances don’t change who God is. Whether our cup is filled with joy or sorrow, we can continue to trust Him through it all.

Legacy doesn’t just start with what we leave behind. It starts with what someone else planted in us. Somewhere along the way, someone was willing to sow a seed into our lives, and that seed helped shape who we are today.

But the question is:

Are we willing to sow that same seed into someone else?

Sometimes planting a seed requires sacrifice:

Sacrifice our comfort — Are we willing to step outside of what’s comfortable to plant a seed in someone else’s life?

Sacrifice our convenience — Planting a seed takes time, and it requires commitment. We have to be willing to invest in people even when it isn’t convenient.

Sacrifice our control — Trust God to make the increase in his own time. We plant and water the seed, but God brings the increase.

This is a message you won’t want to miss! ❤️
