TIE IN TO THE EXISTING is water blocked Screws and plates , Roofing cement with fiberglass mesh Modified cap sheet over tie in is torched to the existing warmed up -stick and rolled with a heavy roller to the TPO.

Repair incorrectly installed TPO roof which is trapping water that gets behind the vinyl siding leaking there and at the drain which was not correct- no clamping ring just caulk
Remove Siding Heat weld 24 inch apron sheets of TPO up walls . Install ice and water shield around windows and over the top of TPO and directly to the bare wood substrate walls Install 30 pnd felt over ice and water shield . -----------
Tomorrow install siding. Remove parapet caps Flash outside masonry wall with TPO up and over to outside edge of wall reinstall parapet caps Install new 2" Retrofit drain with clamping ring assembly Rework and flash through the wall scupper drain that had been eliminated by others 😊

Ponding water issues .
Removing the layers of roofing down to the deck. Installing Four inch drains with sub pans at deck level .
Installing insulation in the lower section to pitch the water to the drain
Making drainage trenches in other ponding areas .
