The 2026 CATCH Bass Tournament Trail will be launching from the Grasshopper Creek Campground on Lake Chickamauga on Saturday morning May 2nd with a $500 first place guarantee. This is an open tournament and will be sponsored by Moe's Towing of Cleveland, TN. They are located at 888 Freewill Rd NW in Cleveland, TN. Their phone number is 423.339.9982. Special thanks goes out to owner Jamie Mayton and his crew for their continued support of our mission to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Give them a shout for all of your towing needs. They can also move heavy equipment to a new location if you need that kind of help.

We will have a pre-registration at Fishtales in Cleveland on Friday afternoon, May 1st, from 5:00-6:15pm, give or take a few minutes either way. You can sign up at the ramp Saturday morning until 6:00am. Rules can be seen at http://www.catchministry.net and you can also download and print a waiver form on our site as well. Fill it out before arriving and save yourself some time.

We survived the hurricane force winds at Watts Bar on 3/28. Pat Lay and James Sears brought home the bacon with a five fish limit weighing in at 18.42lbs. Scott Jones and Tom McClure had big largemouth at 6.48lbs and Blake Morrow and Nathan Davis had big smallmouth at 4.40lbs.

Sorry I'm late posting this. Last Saturday we had 41 boats fish our tournament sponsored by Best Buy Metals on Watts Bar Lake. The team of Dylan Pritchett and Lucas Howell weighed in a 5 bass limit of 25.29lbs. They also had big largemouth of the day at 7.69lbs. The team of Ricky Hall and Jaden Holcomb had big smallmouth at 5.87lbs. Don't look now, but Watts Bar is on fire right now!!!

A nice 5 fish limit won our February 28th tournament sponsored by SouthLand Finance of Athens and Cleveland. The team of Ethan Kirby and Cliff King had 27.88lbs with a 8.33 kicker. Big fish of the day went to Danny Crass and Aaron Slack with a 8.41lbs stud. No smallmouth were weighed in.

Next tournament is this Saturday 3/7 on Watts Bar Lake and launching from Fooshie Pass. See y'all there.

Hey guys and gals, if you’re fishing Saturday with us get there early. There’s tournaments going out of every ramp on the lake and we’re not gonna wait around for a bunch of people in the parking lot. Get there, get registered and get in the water. Don’t be piddling in the parking lot cause when it gets daylight, I’m gonna do the prayer and national anthem and send them out.

This is the make up date from January 24th. This is an open tournament and will be sponsored by SouthLand Finance of Cleveland and Athens.
