VERSES OF SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST:
1 CORINTHIANS 15:1-4 KJV π
THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST π
"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"
JOHN 3:3-7 KJV π YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN TO SEE THE KINGDOM OF GOD π
"3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV π
"17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
JOHN 3:16-18 KJV π
"16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."
JOHN 14:6 KJV π
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
ROMANS 3:23-26 KJV π
"23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus."
ROMANS 6:23 KJV π
"23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
ROMANS 10:9-10 KJV π
"9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Romans 10:13 KJV π
"13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
ECCLESIASTES CHAPTER 2 KJV π
PROOF CONTINUED: PLEASURE AND RICHES CANNOT SATISFY: IT'S ALL VANITY AND VEXATION OF SPIRIT:
"1 I said in mine (my) heart, Go to now, I will prove thee (you) with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, behold, this also is vanity.
2 I said of laughter, It is mad: and of mirth, What doeth (does or accomplishes) it?
3 I sought in mine (my) heart to give myself unto wine, yet acquainting mine (my) heart with wisdom; and to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was that good for the sons of men, which they should do under the heaven all the days of their life.
4 I made me great works; I builded me houses; I planted me vineyards:
5 I made me gardens and orchards, and I planted trees in them of all kind of fruits:
6 I made me pools of water, to water therewith the wood that bringeth forth trees:
7 I got me servants and maidens, and had servants born in my house; also I had great possessions of great and small cattle above all that were in Jerusalem before me:
8 I g*thered me also silver and gold, and the peculiar treasure of kings and of the provinces: I g*t me men singers and women singers, and the delights of the sons of men, as musical instruments, and that of all sorts.
9 So I was great, and increased more than all that were before me in Jerusalem: also my wisdom remained with me.
10 And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my labour.
11 Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought (done, worked or accompanied), and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.
WISDOM IS BETTER THAN FOLLY, BUT BOTH HAVE AN END:
12 And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly: for what can the man do that cometh (comes) after the king? even that which hath been already done.
13 Then I saw that wisdom excelleth (excels) folly, as far as light excelleth (excels) darkness.
14 The wise man's eyes are in his head; but the fool walketh (walks) in darkness: and I myself perceived also that one event happeneth (happens) to them all.
15 Then said I in my heart, As it happeneth (happens) to the fool, so it happeneth (happens) even to me; and why was I then more wise? Then I said in my heart, that this also is vanity.
16 For there is no remembrance of the wise more than of the fool for ever; seeing that which now is in the days to come shall all be forgotten. And how dieth the wise man (how does the wise man die?"? as the fool.
17 Therefore I hated life; because the work that is wrought (done, worked or accompanied) under the sun is grievous unto me: for all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
18 Yea, I hated all my labour which I had taken under the sun: because I should leave it unto the man that shall be after me.
19 And who knoweth (knows) whether he shall be a wise man or a fool? yet shall he have rule over all my labour wherein I have laboured, and wherein I have shewed myself wise under the sun. This is also vanity.
20 Therefore I went about to cause my heart to despair of all the labour which I took under the sun.
21 For there is a man whose labour is in wisdom, and in knowledge, and in equity; yet to a man that hath (has) not laboured therein shall he leave it for his portion. This also is vanity and a great evil.
22 For what hath (has) man of all his labour, and of the vexation of his heart, wherein he hath (has) laboured under the sun?
23 For all his days are sorrows, and his travail grief; yea, his heart taketh (takes) not rest in the night. This is also vanity.
24 There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God.
25 For who can eat, or who else can hasten hereunto, more than I?
26 For God giveth (gives) to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth (gives) travail, to g*ther and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit."
