So many of us are in the midst of chaos. Our kids are back at school, our summer vacations are over, and we are trying to find some sort of routine as we enter September.

Let us remember that instead of trying our hardest to search for moments of presence, presence is instead all around us. The Divine is in every thing, in all things.

Inhale: I will see Divine presence throughout my day.
Exhale: I release the anxiety of the search.

As we enter September, may you all relax, find a routine that works for you, and find peace in God's love.
