"For if we live, we live to Jehovah, and if we die, we die to Jehovah. So both if we live and if we die, we belong to Jehovah." Romans 14:8 💕

How many of us know that we belong to the One who gave us life, Jehovah God? We belong to Him, not only by birth, but we belong to Jehovah in an exceptional way when we dedicate our lives to him, get baptized, and use our lives to serve him. 💕

To enjoy this special relationship with Jehovah, we must have faith in the Good News and accept the Bible as ​the Word of God. (1 Thessalonians 2:13) How comforting to know that God is a shield “to all those taking refuge in him”! (Psalm 18:30) We understand that he doesn't use his power to protect us from all calamities now, but he'll use his protective power to ensure the outworking of his purpose. In the long run, it's in our best interest to draw close to God and remain in his love, then he will give us an eternity of perfect life! 💕

Remember what God is saying to us! 1 John 2:15 -17 - Do not love either the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him; 16 because everything in the world—the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the showy display of one’s means of life*—does not originate with the Father, but originates with the world. 17 Furthermore, the world is passing away and so is its desire,but the one who does the will of God remains forever.
