Many of you have reached out asking how we can come alongside sweet Aniyah and her husband Cameron during this heavy season.
A little over a week ago, Aniyah began experiencing severe numbness and sharp pain down her left side and was admitted to the hospital for what doctors believe was a stroke. At just 21 years old, she is facing a life-changing health event, with doctors continuing tests to rule out MS and prevent further blood clots. Next, she will be moving to a physical rehabilitation facility in Charlotte to begin the hard work of regaining mobility and strength in her left arm and leg.
Through every step, Aniyah’s faith has remained remarkably strong, and her positive attitude is an inspiration to us all.
Aniyah is the first to serve others and the last to ever ask for help, but right now we have an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to love on her and Cameron:
PRAY: Please cover Aniyah, Cameron, and her medical team in continuous prayer—for full healing, strength during rehab, and peace that surpasses understanding.
