Gabbing with Garfield: Late-Summer & Saint Solomon 🐾☀️

Goodbye poolside lounging, hello nap season! As the warm weather winds down (hopefully soon, its hot out here for a cat!!), everyone’s favorite lazy orange tabby is back with his mid-week thoughts.

Today’s Lasagna Thoughts...

Grateful for the Comforts: Garfield reminds us to count our blessings—like warm sunbeams, the humans who bring me food, and long afternoon naps.

The Cooler Weather Perk: Lower temperatures mean hot lasagna stays hot longer without melting the serving plate. Garfield considers a fresh, warm meal a daily blessing.

A Feast Day Reflection: Today, September 2nd, is the feast day of St. Solomon Le Clercq, a martyr remembered for his steadfast faith and dedication to teaching. Garfield’s key takeaway? St. Solomon showed deep gratitude and devotion in all things—and Garfield claims it takes that same level of devotion to stay in bed until noon on a weekday!
