It comes with great honor to announce that Jedi Knight Miles has passed his trials and joins our ranks. Miles has walked many paths with such dignity and integrity that it is hard to miss the wealth of experience he brings. Having walked the shaman’s road, he has faced his shadow and embraced it; it would only add to the depth of his spirituality. His understanding of ritual helps him recognize when he must move outside himself and be able to “hold space” for another. Through conscious breathing, we will release what you are carrying, including stress, and return to a state of stillness and presence. This is a somatic practice.
