A fourth-grade student in Wake County, North Carolina, addressed her school board with concerns about gender identity in the classroom, saying she wants school to be a place where she can learn without feeling confused or afraid.

“God made us only a girl or a boy at birth. Anything else is confusing,” the student, who identified herself as Alana, told board members. She said the idea of having a male teacher who dresses and presents as a woman would make her uncomfortable and could influence other children.

“I want to learn at school, not be confused. I want to feel safe,” she said. The student ended her remarks by asking school leaders to “protect me and other kids.”

Jack Osbourne, son of late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, opened up about his belief in God during a conversation with Christian evangelist Bryce Crawford.

“I 100% believe in God and I’m Christ curious,” Osbourne said, explaining that he continues to wrestle with Christianity and questions surrounding the supernatural.

Yet Osbourne acknowledged that his own experiences make it difficult for him to dismiss miracles. “I’ve seen miracles,” he said, describing things he has witnessed that defied logic and that he could not explain.

Crawford pointed Osbourne directly to Jesus, emphasizing Christ’s declaration that He is the way, the truth and the life—not merely one religious option among many. “I’m the only way,” Crawford said of Jesus’ claim.

Osbourne has not said he has become a Christian, but he made clear that he is actively exploring Christ and believes pursuing God requires intentional “conscious contact,” rather than simply waiting for faith to appear.

When The Courts tell you as a Parent you don’t have “Rights” to take your children to Church!.. Our Nation’s Court system must be overruled!!!✊🇺🇸

The Maine Supreme Court has unanimously upheld a custody order barring Emily Bickford from taking her 13-year-old daughter, Ava, to church, religious events or Bible studies. Bickford, who had primary custody and was found to be a fit parent, has been subject to the restrictions since December 2024.

The dispute began after Ava, who had attended Calvary Chapel in Portland for three years, told her father that she wanted to be baptized. Although the lower court acknowledged there was “no showing of harm” connected to Bible-based beliefs, it raised concerns about teachings involving Heaven, Hell, salvation, angels and demons.

Liberty Counsel, which represents Bickford, argues that the ruling violates her parental and religious freedom rights. The organization plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review and overturn the ruling.
