Mission Springs and Covenant Point Bible Camp celebrate their 100th birthdays this year. From scrappy, faith-fueled beginnings, both ministries have become enduring places where generations of Covenant kids encounter God in creation, community, and a kind of holy foolishness.

What if the youth crisis in urban America is actually a church problem? Covenant pastor David A. Washington makes that case in his new book "Don't Despise Our Youth"—and challenges us to reimagine youth ministry: not just serving young people, but raising them up to serve each other.

Adapting content from his new book, Don’t Despise Our Youth, Covenant pastor David A. Washington makes the case that the youth crisis gripping urban America is, at its core, a church problem. He proposes that we stop ministering to young people and start raising them up to minister to each other.

Pentecost is where the early church caught fire. It's where the Spirit turned a room full of uncertain disciples into a movement that changed the world. That same Spirit is still at work today.

Vision for Renewal is a continuation of what God began at Pentecost — filling his church with new power for a new season. We're witnessing the Spirit equipping pastors to lead with courage, awakening churches to their calling, and touching the communities they love with hope that lasts.

In preparation for Pentecost Sunday, we put together a Renewal Prayer. Use it however it fits your context: from the pulpit, in a bulletin, in a life group, or with your morning coffee. 🕊️
