Good Evening and Happy Blessed Sunday!!!

Today's Scripture✝️
God remembered Rachel; he listened to her and enabled her to conceive.
Genesis 30:22, NIV

"He Has Not Forgotten"

In the Old Testament, both Rachel and her sister, Leah, were married to Jacob. Having already waited seven years to marry Jacob, Rachel wanted to start their family, but year after year she was not able to conceive. Meanwhile, Leah had one son after another. Rachel became jealous, and at one point she was so upset that she said to Jacob, “Give me children, or I’ll die!” She strived and tried to manipulate the situation, but nothing worked. After years of Rachel’s needless frustration, in God’s timing He enabled her to conceive and give birth to an extraordinary son, Joseph, whom God raised up to become prime minister of Egypt and save the family of Israel during the famine.

The principle is that when it’s taking longer than you think it should, God has something bigger, something better than you imagine. Don’t get upset, frustrated, or discouraged. Don’t try to force things to work out. God remembers you, and He’s listened to you. Trust His timing. Trust His ways. Let Him do His work. He always finishes what He starts.

“Father, thank You that You will bring to completion the good work You began in me. Thank You that the fulfillment of my dreams is on the way, even the secret frustrations of my heart. I believe that You will complete my incompletions and finish what You’ve started. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

"Pass the Test"

Job, a man of great integrity, suffered the loss of his children, business, and health. His wife told him to curse God and die, and his three friends tried to convince him that the troubles were God’s judgment. Job sat down among the ashes and hit bottom. He didn’t think he would ever be happy again, and he wanted to die. What’s interesting is that even though Job gave up, God did not give up on him. Job clung to his faith and finally looked up to the heavens and said, “Yet I know my Redeemer lives. I will trust Him.” Amazingly, after Job passed the test of faith, “God restored his fortunes and gave him twice what he had before.”

In difficult times, don’t believe the enemy’s “never” lies. “You’ll never be happy, never get well, never get out of debt.” The enemy wouldn’t be telling you that if he didn’t know there was something great in front of you. When trouble hits, instead of having a defeated mentality, have a double mentality. God is setting you up for a double dose of blessing.

Prayer For Today🙏🏽“Father, thank You that You are right there with me in my times of testing. I believe that no matter what comes my way, it’s not a surprise to You, and You still have me in the palm of Your hand. I declare that You are on the throne and breakthroughs are coming. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

You must stand trial before Caesar; and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’”
Acts 27:22–25, NIV

"Be a Light"

The apostle Paul was a prisoner on board a ship headed to Rome, but for fourteen days they were battered by a violent storm. The winds and waves were so strong that after they had thrown all the cargo overboard, the Scripture says, “All hope that they would be saved was gone.” But in the midst of the sailors’ despair, Paul came forward and spoke today’s Scripture. He had this promise from God that not only would he stand before Caesar, but that God was going to spare everyone on the ship. The ship finally hit a huge sandbar and broke apart, but all 276 of the people made it safely to shore.

You may be struggling to understand why you’re in a difficult place. How do you know that you’re not right on course, right on schedule, to see what God promised you? How do you know that God is not wanting to use the difficulties to position you for your destiny as well as show His gracious hand to those around you who need to see Him? That’s what faith is all about.

“Father, thank You for all You have done in my life and for every opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Help me to focus less on my difficulties and to be more aware of the people and needs around me. I want to be a light and a testimony of Your goodness and power. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Good Morning and Happy Blessed Wednesday!!!

Today's Scripture ✝️
With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
Isaiah 12:3, NIV

"With Joy"

In Genesis 26, because the Philistines were jealous of Isaac’s success, they clogged up all his wells. This fresh water was the source of life for his family, flocks, and herds. A clogged well is one that has all this potential water ready to flow but is limited by what’s blocking it. Isaac and his men had to reopen and restore those wells to have life-giving water to draw from.

It’s the same way with our enemy. There is a well of salvation inside you that gives you joy when you draw from it. But like with Isaac, the enemy comes and tries to clog up our well. He uses stones of disappointments, stones of hurt, offense, guilt, regrets, and doubt. Now we don’t have joy. We’re not passionate about our salvation. We need to unclog whatever has stopped up the joy. You may need to forgive someone, let go of the regret, deal with the guilt or doubt, or pull out the stone of not feeling good enough. The well of salvation is God’s gift to you. Draw freely from it with great joy.

A Prayer for Today🙏🏽
“Father, thank You for giving me the wells of salvation that so satisfies me that I never thirst again. Thank You that I can always draw life-giving water with joy and be refreshed and strengthened. Help me to keep the wells unclogged and flowing freely. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Good Morning and Happy Blessed and Thankful Tuesday!!!

Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I have everything I need!
Psalm 23:1, TLB

"The Good Shepherd "

In Psalm 23, the reason David could declare that “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil” is that he first knew “the Lord is my Shepherd.” It wasn’t because David was so strong and courageous that he never felt fear. It was because he knew he had the Good Shepherd, the Most High God, watching over him. When you’re tempted to be anxious and afraid, you need to remind yourself, “The Lord is my Shepherd. He guards my way, protects me from evil, and will take me through safely.”

David ended the psalm by saying, “Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.” He encourages us that after every dark valley, a “surely” is coming—surely healing is coming, surely greater is coming, surely new levels are coming. God is saying, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and uphold you with My victorious right hand” (Isaiah 41:10). No matter what you face, your best days are still in front of you, so keep moving forward.

“Father, thank You that You are my Good Shepherd in every situation, protecting me, guiding me, and changing me. Thank You that I can rest in You, knowing You will strengthen and uphold me. Help me to always have this surely mentality that leads to victory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Today's Scripture✝️ When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave. Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”
1 Kings 19:13, NIV

"Why Are You Where You Are?"

The prophet Elijah was so powerful and anointed and just had a huge, dramatic victory over the 450 prophets of Baal and other victories. But he got so exhausted that a threat upon his life overwhelmed him with fear and depression. He ended up going into isolation, hiding in a cave, feeling he was done and he should just die. God came to the cave and said, “Elijah, what are you doing here?” He was saying, “I did not make you to be afraid, intimidated, and defeated. You’ve lost the bold, confident, faith-filled you. Go back the way you came. Come out of hiding and go back to who I say you are—powerful, anointed, favored, victorious.”

God keeps coming after us when we go into hiding. He’s asking, “Where is the confident you, the outgoing you, the talented you, the you who dreamed big, the you who was taking bold steps of faith? I am coming to restore your dreams, your passion, your confidence, your value, your vision, creativity, talent, goals, and joy. It’s time to come out of hiding.”

A Prayer for Today🙏🏽 “Father, thank You that You know my needs and meet me in the place of my needs all along my life journey. Thank You that You love me so much that You whisper what I need to know and renew me with inner strength. Help me to be a good listener to all that You say about me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Good Morning and Happy Blessed Saturday!!!

Today's Scripture✝️
For the people of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, until all the nation, the men of war who came out of Egypt, perished.
Joshua 5:6, ESV

"Take the Land"

When the Israelites came out of slavery in Egypt, God promised to give them the land of Canaan. He promised to help them defeat the opposition, that they would live in houses they didn’t build and reap from vineyards they didn’t plant. But when the people believed the negative report that they could never defeat the inhabitants, God reduced His plan to fit their vision, and that generation of Israelites never made it into the Promised Land.

This should challenge us to stay in agreement with God and keep believing for what He’s promised us. Don’t let the wrong vision take root. Don’t let some things that you can’t accomplish on your own, some giants on your land, keep you from taking your promised land. Don’t get stuck in compromise, where you’re content living with things that are limiting you, not stretching and growing. Maybe you need to get quiet today and listen to what God is saying to you. Wherever you’re at, the good news is that God’s favor is on you to bring you into all He has promised for you.

Prayer For Today🙏🏽
“Father, thank You that You didn’t create me to get stuck in a wilderness outside what You have promised for me. Thank You for the power that comes as I get in agreement with what You say in Your Word. I believe that nothing will hold me back from going into my promised land. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
