North Chester Chapel and Meeting House The Chapel is located off E.River Road on N.Chester Road across from the Smith Road bridge.Be careful, GPS can be misleading.

Originally a Baptist Chapel that was established in 1909, the Chapel today hosts 4 events a season including but not limited to poetry, music, educational events, talks and community picnics. The goal is to keep life in this historical building whose relevance within this region is significant. A restoration project was completed in 2009 and almost everything is still original including the the be

ll, interchangable pews and organ. Acoustics are lovely as is the grassy knoll it sits upon. There are no facilities on site, BYO tp!
