Can you believe we're halfway through 2026?! Let's celebrate with a new S.W.A.T. team member highlight.
This month we're recognizing Jessica McClain for her OUTSTANDING service in our nursery ministry. This woman has a heart for kids, and it shows! Not only does she serve on Sundays, but she also works throughout the week on scheduling volunteers and preparing lessons. We appreciate all of the care and attention she puts into each child's needs. Thank you, Jessica!
Interview:
How long have you been at RC?
- I’ve been at RC since I was born! Mom and dad got married here and I was dedicated upstairs. We stepped away for a short time when I was really little but came back in 2010 and have been here ever since.
What area(s) do you serve?
- I serve in our downstairs children’s ministry and work with scheduling and managing our infant, toddler, and pre-k room. Right now I am also teaching pre-k.
What is your favorite thing about serving?
- My favorite part of serving is that I get to carry on my grandfather’s and father’s legacy. My grandfather helped build the church and both he and my dad have poured so much of their time and love into this place. I am honored to do the same.
