He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed! Come join us this Easter, as we celebrate the Risen Savior. Our sunrise service will be held at 7am in the Doty Dryad Cemetery, followed by our Easter breakfast in the Fellowship hall at Drayd Baptist Church. Our morning worship service is at 11 in the sanctuary.

FROM THE ARCHIVES: "Services are still held every Sunday at the Dryad Community Church. It was a Baptist Church in 1900 when Frank and George Leudinghaus, who were Baptists, built it. In 1942 it became a community church and in 1955 it was remodeled. The original pews are used. Above, two deacons, Chester Staeger and Al Wooster, recall times when church was packed and a large choir sang for the services." — originally published Aug. 15, 1964
