Leadership is more than holding a position. It carries a responsibility to care for, serve, and protect the people entrusted to us.

Our faith calls us to examine what happens when power takes priority over people.

We stand on the shoulders of those who sacrificed, struggled, and fought to make a better future possible.

Honoring their legacy means more than remembering their stories. It means taking responsibility for what we do with the opportunities their sacrifices helped create.

Worship doesn't end when the benediction is spoken. Our faith calls us to move beyond the walls of the sanctuary and put love into action.

What do you believe?

Join us TONIGHT at 6 PM as we continue our Bible study series, *What Do You Believe? A Walk Through the Apostles' Creed.*

This week, we're exploring a powerful declaration of our faith: **“I believe in God the Father Almighty.”**

What does it mean to call God our Father? And what are we confessing when we declare that God is Almighty?

Come ready to learn, ask questions, and grow together in faith. Whether you've attended every session or you're joining us for the first time, there's a place for you in the conversation!

Today, on World Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the educators who are part of the New Zion family!

Teaching is more than a profession. It is an opportunity to inspire, encourage, challenge, and shape the lives of future generations. Every day, teachers plant seeds whose impact may not be fully realized for years to come.

At New Zion, we are committed to Changing Our Future, and we recognize that teachers are doing that work every single day.

To the educators in our congregation and throughout our community, thank you for your dedication, patience, and commitment to the next generation. We see you, we appreciate you, and we celebrate you!

Help us show some love to the teachers who have made a difference in our lives!
