✨ 5 G’s for August — 5 reminders for the woman God is sending.

This month, we're choosing to live with intention:

🤍 GRATITUDE — Remember what God has already done.
✨ GOD — Keep Him at the center of everything.
🌿 GRACE — Give yourself room to grow without striving for perfection.
🌱 GROWTH — Let God's Word transform you, not just inform you.
🌍 GO — Remember that you have been sent.

Because being sent by God isn't only about where you go—it's about who you become and how you represent Him along the way.

As we continue our GO YE, SIS! You Have Been Sent. month, may these five G’s remind us to walk with grateful hearts, stay rooted in God, receive His grace, embrace growth, and boldly go where He leads.

You have been gifted.
You have been equipped.
You have been sent.

I blinked and suddenly we have nothing in common.

And maybe that's not a bad thing.

Sometimes following Jesus means realizing that the things, conversations, habits, and environments that once felt normal no longer align with who God is calling you to become.

You didn't become “too much.”
You didn't suddenly think you're better than anyone.
You're simply growing.

And when God sends you, He may send you into places where you don't necessarily fit in because you're not called to blend in. You're called to carry His light.

🌍 GO YE, SIS! You have been sent.

You can love people without becoming like them.
You can be present without compromising your convictions.
You can walk into Babylon and still belong completely to God.

"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden." — Matthew 5:14

So if your circle looks different, your conversations have changed and your priorities no longer look the same...

Maybe God isn't taking people away.

Maybe He's making room for the people you're being sent to reach🤍

Join us on Sunday, August 16 at 12:00 PM at the Downtown Fayetteville Library as we serve our community with free clothing, food, toiletry bags, and prayer.

Want to volunteer? Be there at 11:00 AM for setup.

We’re accepting donations of clothing, toiletries, and other essentials.

If you know someone who could use a meal, clothing, prayer, or simply some encouragement, bring them with you. Everyone is welcome. 🤍

AUGUST THEME: GO YE, SIS!

This month we’re being reminded that we’ve been sent. 🤍

God has called each of us to share the Gospel right where we are in our homes, workplaces, schools, communities, and everywhere He leads us.

Throughout August we’ll be talking about:

✨ Week 1: You Have Been Sent
✨ Week 2: Your Testimony Has Power
✨ Week 3: Equipped by the Holy Spirit
✨ Week 4: Living Sent

Our prayer is that by the end of this month, we won’t just know the Great Commission we’ll live it.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19–20

Jesus called the Samaritan woman out before He sent her out.

God is still doing the same today. He’s calling people out of fear, shame, addiction, su***de, complacency, and every place that keeps them bound.

You cannot hold on to what God is calling you out of and expect to fully receive what He’s calling you into.

In order to rise, we have to let go of what the Lord is calling us out of.

Just a minute is enough to pause, reflect, and thank the Lord for everything He has done. 🙏🏼✨

In the rush of life, don’t forget to slow down and recognize His blessings, His grace, and His constant presence. A grateful heart changes everything.
