🚨 NEW BLOG ALERT 🚨

What if the stretching isn’t punishment?

What if the pressure isn’t proof that you’re failing?

What if God is expanding the capacity of the vessel carrying the assignment?

🔥 This week’s blog, Evolution, explores the tension between growth, stretching, preparation, pressure, purpose, and capacity.

One line from the blog that continues to sit with me:

✨ “The assignment remained consistent even while the vessel carrying it evolved.”

Whew. 🔥

If you’ve been feeling stretched, uncomfortable, pressed, or caught between who you were and who you’re becoming, this one is for you.

I’ll tell you something about these birds near my home.

Actually, it’s not just here in North Carolina. It was the same way when I lived in Ohio. The difference is these North Carolina birds seem a whole lot chirpier. Maybe it’s the milder weather, but whatever the reason, they sang. 😂😂

I hear them when I’m sitting at home. I hear them when I’m out walking the neighborhood. Yesterday, I recorded a quick story while I was down the street and around the corner, and those birds were so loud in the recording that you couldn’t miss them.

And every time I hear them, they bless me.

No matter what’s going on in the world, they get up every morning and sing unto their Creator. They don’t seem concerned about the headlines, the chaos, or the uncertainty. They simply do what they were created to do.

Their songs lift me up. They encourage me. They remind me that God’s mercies are new every morning.

Maybe that’s why their song speaks to me the way it does.

The birds seem to know that.

That’s why they sing.

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.”

🔥 Hot off the Holy Ghost press… 📰

The highlight for me during service today was the sound of faith.

Y’all know that’s my language. 🗣️

As I reflected on Hebrews 11:1 📖, something stood out to me:

Now faith…

That word is present.
It is active.
It is alive.

Yesterday’s faith brought you this far, but now faith is what carries you today.

Now faith strengthens.
Now faith sustains.
Now faith empowers.
Now faith gives you the courage to take the next step, even when you cannot see the whole path ahead.

Faith is embracing the moment God has given you right now. ✨

Much like the dove returning with the olive branch, there are moments when faith carries a glimpse of what God is doing before the full promise is revealed. 🕊️🌿

There is something powerful about embracing your now.

Trust God now.
Believe God now.
Walk with God now. 🙌🏾

Because the faith that moves you forward is always now faith.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

💧🔥 HAPPY FAITH FRIDAY 🔥💧

And just like that… we have arrived at the FINAL part of The Ministry of Irrigation series. 🌊✨

This series started with hearing.
👂🏽 When the Sound Is Blocked

Then we moved into clearing what was hindering the flow.
🌊 Clearing the Flow

Then we went beneath the surface.
🌱 The Root System

And now…

💧✨ Living Water ✨💧

Whew.

This final part brings everything back to the Source.

Not surface-level living.
Not survival-mode faith.
Not appearance without flow.

But rivers flowing from within. 🌊

This entire series has been about:
💧 hearing clearly
💧 removing blockage
💧 strengthening roots
💧 remaining connected to Christ
💧 and allowing living water to flow from the innermost being

Because where living water flows… LIFE REMAINS. 🔥

I recently came across multiple studies and reports showing a growing spiritual openness among Gen Z and younger Millennials toward Jesus, church attendance, and conversations about faith.

Research groups such as Barna Group and Bible Society UK have reported increases in church engagement among younger generations—especially young adults seeking purpose, truth, healing, community, and spiritual grounding after years of isolation, uncertainty, and cultural unrest.

One report even referred to it as a “quiet revival.”

It’s also worth noting that one of the widely shared studies later received some additional review regarding portions of its reporting methodology. Even so, the overall conversation surrounding increased spiritual curiosity and engagement among younger generations continues to be observed and discussed across many churches, ministries, and research spaces.

And honestly… this matters deeply to me.

One of my assignments in the earth is bridging the gap between generations.

So while reading these reports, my heart immediately went beyond excitement and into responsibility.

How do we, as the Body of Christ, intentionally create space for true generational representation within our churches and ministries?

And I don’t mean having only one or two younger voices present.

I mean healthy, visible, meaningful representation where younger generations are seen, heard, discipled, developed, covered, equipped, and trusted.

The same way society fights for fair and balanced representation in leadership, communities, cities, states, and systems… I believe there should be the same level of intentionality in the House of the Lord concerning generations.

Not replacing.
Not competing.
Not dividing.

But building together.

There is wisdom in the elders.
There is fire in the younger generation.
And there is strength in unity.

I believe this moment requires listening, mentoring, discipleship, accountability, compassion, and authentic relationship—not just attendance numbers.

If this truly is the beginning of a spiritual shift among younger generations, may we be found ready to receive them well, love them well, disciple them well, and walk together in truth and grace.

“Judge not [neither pronouncing judgment nor subjecting to censure], and you will not be judged; do not condemn and pronounce guilty, and you will not be condemned and pronounced guilty; acquit and forgive and release (give up resentment, let it drop), and you will be acquitted and forgiven and released.”
