💻✨ Happy Faith Friday ✨💧

Last week, we identified the blockage.

This week… we deal with the flow.

The Ministry of Irrigation (Part 2): Clearing the Flow is now live on the blog.

Some things cannot move freely until other things are loosened, washed out, confronted, and released.

This 4-part series is unfolding layer by layer—and Part 2 takes us deeper into the process of restoration, clarity, and spiritual cleansing. 🌊

➡️ If you missed Part 1: When the Sound Is Blocked, make sure you go back and read it first.

Moment of Meditation & Reflection: Immediate Obedience, Immediate Glory

“But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”
Immediately he rose up before them, took up what he had been lying on, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.”
— Gospel of Luke 5:24–25 (NKJV)

Sitting with this…

“Immediately he rose up…”
“…glorifying God.”

No hesitation. No delay.

He moved when Jesus spoke.
And he glorified God just as quickly.

How often do we move that quickly when He speaks?
And when He moves, how quickly do we give Him glory?

This is the posture—
to move when He speaks,
and to glorify Him without hesitation.

Immediate obedience. Immediate glory.

DRUMROLL PLEASE… 🥁

📖Proverbs 16:3 (NKJV)
“Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be established.”

⸝

NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS 🎉

Saving Generations Movement is now offering:

• Life Coaching
• Mental Health Coaching

Nichelle R. Fitch, BCMMHC, PLC
Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach & Professional Life Coach

Certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC)
Board credentials through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC)

Trauma-Informed Coaching Certification in progress.

⸝

This is not something I just decided to do.

This is a LIFE’s work.

What started as Living In Faith Everyday in 2014 laid the foundation.

In 2016, Saving Generations Movement was birthed during a moment of deep travail in the middle of my living room floor.

In 2019, I received instructions from Heaven to begin building what I am now walking in.

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, families, and communities through seasons of healing, growth, and transition—long before it had a formal name.

This isn’t theory.

It’s lived.
It’s practiced.
It’s proven.

⸝

Launching in May is not by accident.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a reminder of the importance of healing, wholeness, and support 💚

It also marks a personal milestone, as this is the same month I received my board certification as a Master Mental Health Coach.

And as I reflect, this season itself holds significance—it was around this same time of year that Saving Generations Movement was first birthed.

There is alignment in the timing.

And I honor it.

⸝

“Equipping generations to heal, grow, and thrive—in faith, family, and purpose.”

✨ Happy Faith Friday! ✨

Sometimes it’s not that God isn’t speaking… 🗣️

It’s that something is in the way.

Each part builds on the next—so if you’re going to walk this out, you’re going to want to stay with it all the way through.

💙 This one lays the foundation.

Moment of Reflection: It’s Never “Just”

Sometimes a single word can reveal more than we realize.

The word just seems small, simple, and harmless—but depending on how it’s used, it can diminish, reduce, and make something valuable feel ordinary.

It can make a person feel unseen.
It can make creativity feel insignificant.
It can make accomplishments feel small.

And it made me reflect on a time when I used to say things like, “It’s just me” or use the hashtag JustChelle.

At the time, I thought it sounded humble.

But the Holy Spirit began to deal with me about that.

Why was I reducing myself?

Why was I speaking about myself as if I were ordinary, when God created me with intention?

I am not “just” anything.

I am fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)

I am the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. (Deuteronomy 28:13)

I remember an elder mentor once stopping me and saying,
“Don’t ever say that about yourself again.”

Then she reminded me who I was.

Sometimes God will send people to correct your language because your language reveals your belief.

“I’m just a mom.”
“I’m just starting over.”
“It’s just my small business.”
“It’s just little old me.”

No.

It is purpose.
It is calling.
It is stewardship.
It is God-breathed.

Don’t reduce what God has called valuable.

Don’t diminish what Heaven has touched.

And don’t allow anyone—including yourself—to make you feel like you are “just” anything.

Because you are not.

You are intentional.
You are significant.
You are chosen.

And that is never “just.”

Watch your words—because how you define yourself matters.

Comfort doesn’t rush the process.
It restores what’s been worn down.

The Ministry of Breath (Part 3): Comfort That Restores is now live—bringing this series to a close with edification, exhortation, and comfort working together as they were intended.

There are moments when you don’t need to be pushed forward…
you need peace, rest, and space to recover. 🌬️💜✨

Moment of Reflection: Life Is Precious

Sitting here… having a moment.

Today it hit me again—life is precious.

Not in a cliché way. Not in a “we say it because it sounds good” kind of way. But in a real, present, right-now awareness.

I’ve been interacting more and more with the 70 and Plus Club… and there is something about their presence that speaks without them even trying. It’s in how they move, how they speak, what they remember, and even what they’ve let go of.

There’s a wisdom there.
A slowing down—but not a lack.
A depth that only comes from living.

And every time I walk away from those moments, I feel it:

Life is a gift.

Not just the big milestones.
Not just the breakthroughs.
But the ordinary, everyday, seemingly small moments… the conversations, the smiles, the stories, the “I remember when…”

It’s all precious.

It’s making me more aware of how I live my own life.
How I spend my time.
What I hold onto—and what I need to release.

Because one thing is clear…

Time keeps moving.

And if we’re not careful, we’ll rush past the very moments we’ll one day wish we could revisit.

So today, I’m sitting with it.

Choosing to be present.
Choosing to appreciate.
Choosing to live—not just exist.

Life is precious.
Life is a gift.

And I don’t want to miss it.

“Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭90‬:‭12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

🌬️✨ This week’s Faith Friday blog, The Ministry of Breath (Part 2): The Power of Encouragement, is a reminder that our words matter—especially when they are used to edify, exhort, and strengthen someone in the middle of what they’re facing.

💫 There are moments when one Spirit-led word can steady a heart, lift a burden, and remind someone they are not alone. ❤️

Moment of Reflection: Favor Is Fair

I didn’t grow up saying “favor ain’t fair.”
I picked it up later… in church culture, especially from the older saints.

And for a while, I said it too.

But over time—walking with God and really sitting with His character—I began to see it differently.

Favor is fair.

📖 “The Lord is a mighty God, perfect in all he does. All his ways are just; he is a faithful God who does no wrong, how just and fair he is!” — Deuteronomy 32:4 (GNT)

Because this is who He is.

God is just.
He is consistent.
He is intentional.

📖 “For there is no partiality with God.” — Romans 2:11

Which means His favor is not random.
It’s not biased.
It’s not based on status, perception, or circumstance.

His righteousness and His justice are complementary and interconnected—one reveals who He is, and the other reveals how He moves.

And His favor flows from both.

This wasn’t overnight.

I’ve sat with this for over a decade… watching, learning, unlearning, and allowing my understanding of God to mature.

So now, when I hear “favor ain’t fair,” I don’t argue…
but within myself, I stand on what I know:

Favor is fair.

When you understand His character, you understand His favor.
