The Lyndon Center exists to aid the local church, offering quality Christian counseling and coaching; also to provide training for a lay pastoral care ministry. Church Counseling & Coaching Package
The Lyndon Center offers to local churches the option of a retainer package. For a minimum of 5 hours per month at the rate of $50 per session (regular fee = $80/session), a church retains the services
of The Lyndon Center for either or both counseling and coaching. Counseling
In the case of counseling the pastoral staff of the church refers church members to The Lyndon Center. The church congregation individal or couple is encouraged to make a donation back to their local church body to help offset the cost paid by the church. Coaching
Coaching is offered to church leadership through The Lyndon Center. This can be a great resource to church staff members and ministry couples. Marriage tune-up sessions can aid those in ministry to be refreshed and renewed to continue healthy service to those they serve. Staff Coaching for small groups of 2-5 is available at $100/session and for staff individuals at $50/session. In-Step: Walking with God's People through Difficulty
Weekend Seminar up to 10 students @ $500/seminar (Church provides printing of workbooks & lunch on Saturday)
Seminar designed to help gifted lay people to become pastoral care helpers with confidence to minister to those in difficulty, struggle, anguish, or grief. Instruction includes a model of helping that covers most of life’s heartache and misery, leading people out of darkness to the Light of Jesus. Included is recognition of when to refer to professional help and what to do when facing such things abuse and suicidal threat. Marriage Assessments
Recommended for all staff and leadership
Assessment includes: Overview, Communication, Conflict Management, Shared Meaning, and Romance. A Score Card is given to the couple and pastor designated to staff evaluation.
