Amy shared: “Hi everyone! I wanted to take just a moment to reach out to you all to introduce myself as the Children's Ministry Coordinator here at Mission. I'm Amy Tobias. I am married to Adam, and have a daughter Stella who are my world, and have a love for dogs and coffee! I'm a stay-at-home,homeschool mom with a passion for seeing kids excited about all of the things God created for us. I hope to instill a passion in the children of our church to learn about Our Lord and Savior and to help them grow in their relationships with Him. I think it's important that our children have an opportunity to grow in their faith and understanding, while building friendships with each other. Kids learn better in an environment where they feel safe, known, and of course, are having fun! I also think it's important to have Godly people to be invested in the lives of our children to ensure they see how as Christians we interact and handle situations with each other and the world. With that said, I would like to encourage each of you to consider volunteering alongside me to serve the children of our church. You don't have to commit to every week, but what would you be willing to give to help a child grow in their walk with God, one hour a week? One service a month?
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14
