OH NO! Your students may not fully be registered for camp. Please ensure they have completed the INTAKE & WAIVER forms.

Our camps are full, and that is a great thing! However, if you have not completed your camper’s Intake & Waiver Form, your camper is not fully registered and will not be able to attend camp until it is submitted.

Please check the email address you used to register, including your spam/junk folder, or go directly to the links below to complete the form.

THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY THIS SATURDAY NIGHT.
If we have not received your camper’s Intake & Waiver Form by then, we will have to remove your camper from the list in order to make space for other campers who are waiting to attend.

Please don’t wait; it takes less than 5 minutes to complete, and it helps us serve your camper with excellence.

Also, we will not be able to guarantee a camp t-shirt for your camper if their form has not been completed.

Kids Camp Meeting is around the corner please register before June 3rd so we can prepare for you kiddos.

Kids Camp meeting is going down nightly, June 7-10th. Our theme this year is the Amour of God, and we want you to join us by wearing your camo.

Kids ages 6-12 are welcome to attend. Doors open 20 min prior to service, and we request that you promptly pick up your children directly following service.
(Kids Campmeeting will be in the gym area, towards the back right of campus)

Nursery will be available for children aged 6 months to 5 years. (Nursery is located in the Sanctuary)

Make plans to attend WNC Camp Meeting at First Assembly in Gastonia, June 7-10, 2026. Women’s Day will be June 10th at Epic Church at 10 AM, with a special free Prayer Breakfast for all Credentialed Women happening before the service starts at 9 AM! Credentialed women are asked to please register beforehand.

Join us this Thursday for the National Day of Prayer as we come together to seek the Lord for our nation, our communities, our churches, and our families.

Additionally, we also ask you to join us in praying over the upcoming Camp Meetings and Youth Camps. We believe God to move in a powerful way, to call, save, fill, heal, restore, and equip this generation for His purpose.

Let’s cover these gatherings in prayer before we ever step into the room. Pray for every speaker, worship leader, worker, pastor, student, child, and family who will be impacted in the days ahead.

We believe preparation matters — and prayer is where preparation begins.

May is for Missions! 🌎
This month, Western North Carolina Church of God is joining together to support Poppi’s Kitchen in Indonesia — feeding children, sharing the love of Jesus, and helping plant thriving churches.

The harvest field in Indonesia is ripe, and we have an opportunity to make an eternal difference.
Our goal is $100,000, and every gift matters:
$10 helps feed children.
$20 helps provide school supplies and backpacks.
$10 provides a Bible.
Your generosity helps establish new churches and put the gospel into the hands and hearts of children and families.

Tommy and Poppi Smith have served faithfully as veteran missionaries for over 35 years, and we are honored to partner with the work God is doing through them.
