The world sells filters and trends. God looks at who you are when the phone’s down.

Character > aesthetics. Always has been.

What lasts isn’t what’s seen first. It’s what shapes how you love, speak, and walk through life.

Your holiness is showing. It is seen AND it is experienced. Outward holiness (being different from the world externally) and inward holiness (being different from the world internally) BOTH matter.

They are both essential yet experienced differently by others. Recognizing this, and valuing both inward and outward purification, does not diminish either one. Neither is optional.

Outward separation is like skin. It protects what’s within: the organs, the blood flow, the vital systems. But if the heart isn’t healthy, little else truly matters.

In prayer, the Lord impressed this on me: The Church must sharpen its discernment to recognize where hearts truly lie. He spoke to me that "a parasitical spirit distracts from discernment".

Simply put: “If I look holy, you won’t question if I actually am.”

Our churches can become full of people who wear the uniform but aren’t on the team—who lead ministries but are not led, who avoid spiritual accountability because they’ve learned how to appear right just enough to avoid being discerned.

“The outside of the cup is clean, but the inside is dirty.”

The outside is what is seen.
The inside is what is experienced.
And who wants to drink from a dirty cup?!
Especially one that's dirty on the inside.

If only the outside is clean, you may not be a stumbling block but you won’t be effective in pouring into others, because what’s within is unclean. Both must be purified.

Often, God works in what I call "circular conviction" —He cleans something within, then addresses something outward. As we respond outwardly, He returns to refine something deeper within our hearts.

Jesus said in Matthew 23:26–28, “Blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.”

So yes... I can see your outward holiness but I experience your inward holiness.

How is your inward holiness?
Where is your heart with God?
Do you love like Him?
Do you show love to His bride?
That’s how we are to be known. (John 13:35)
Are you bearing good fruit?
Do you carry a burden for the lost?
Are you a light everywhere you go?
Did someone experience the love of Jesus through you today?

Being holy is a lifelong process of purification where we never fully “arrive.”

We put forth our best effort, but we must always remember: it is the Holy Spirit who makes us holy. Our role is to yield to Him, allowing Him to continually work in us inside and out, and then even deeper within again.

Sunday Prayer: “Lord, help me not to mishandle the blessings I once prayed for.

Teach me to be faithful with every blessing You entrust to me.

Give me wisdom to steward it well, humility to keep You first,
and a grateful heart that honors You in all things.

May what I prayed for become a testimony of Your grace.

Amen.” â˜đŸ»đŸ©¶đŸ„č

How to die your flesh daily...

1. Consciously dedicate each day and its activities to God, and ask for His help in recognizing and resisting attempts by our flesh to draw us away from Him.

2. Stay consciously alert and aware of the potential for temptation and sin in every situation that we encounter, and (again, through seeking and employing the help of God) deliberately resist and reject those possibilities.

3. Be intentional about making conscious effort to make the right choices, but super genuine and sincere in repenting when you fail.

4. Be intentional about choosing God throughout every single moment of the day.

Choose friends who don’t just show up for the fun, but fall on their knees for you.

Friends who speak your name in prayer when you don’t have the words.
Friends who fight battles you never even told them about.

Because the right circle doesn’t just walk with you—they war with you. đŸ€đŸ™đŸ»

When Jesus entered the Temple and overturned the tables, it wasn’t a random outburst—it was intentional.

The place meant for prayer had been turned into a place of profit. People were being exploited in the very space where they were supposed to encounter God. Worship became business. Reverence became routine. And the presence of God was treated casually.

So Jesus responded.

Not with silence. Not with passivity. But with righteous anger.

Because the truth is.. anger itself isn’t the problem.
Scripture says, “Be angry and do not sin.” (Ephesians 4:26)

Meaning: you can feel anger
 without being ruled by it.

Jesus didn’t lose His temper, He revealed His heart.
A heart that burns for purity.
A heart that defends what is sacred.
A heart that refuses to let people misuse what belongs to God.

His anger was:
Purposeful, not impulsive
Holy, not selfish
Controlled, not destructive

And that’s the difference.

Because most of our anger, if we’re honest, comes from pride, hurt, or frustration. It lashes out, wounds people, and leaves damage behind.

But righteous anger?
It confronts to restore.
It speaks truth in love.
It stays under control.

“My house shall be called a house of prayer
but you have made it a den of robbers.” (Matthew 21:13)

Sometimes love looks gentle.
Sometimes love flips tables.

And maybe the question isn’t just what Jesus did in the Temple

But what He would overturn in us.

What tables have we allowed to stand—
where compromise, distraction, or hidden sin have taken the place of true worship?

Because Jesus still cares about His house.
And now
 we are that house. đŸ™đŸ»đŸ€

Long before Zacchaeus ever struggled to see Jesus, God had already prepared the way.

A tree was already there. A simple detail in the story, yet a powerful reminder that nothing in your life is ever random in the hands of God. What looks like coincidence is often divine preparation.

And just like that tree, God goes ahead of you too—before the need arises, before the problem appears, before the moment of desperation ever comes. He is already arranging what you will need for the encounter He has appointed for you.

When you feel overlooked, blocked, or too small in the crowd of life, remember this: God is not only aware of your situation—He has already prepared a way for you to see Him, meet Him, and be changed by Him.

He is not reacting to your season. He is leading it. đŸ€đŸ™đŸ»
