Here’s is one the reasons we do what we do!! We met Wesley Griffin two years ago and his son, also Wesley Griffin. We knew God orchestrated that encounter! This year he shared with us part of his testimony and he said he tries to share it any chance he can just to show how good God is!!

Please read this amazing testimony!! God our Jehovah Rapha!

Brian,
It was a pleasure meeting you today and listening to The Word God gave you for us.
Here’s my testimony on the miracle that I received in 2023. A little lengthy and still doesn’t cover all the ways God was leading the events.

I have waited till now to post my testimony that God has given me here so everyone involved in this can share with their family. God has spoken to me on multiple occasions about how blessed I was to be surrounded by caring people on that day and the days that followed. A big portion of them didn’t even know me “But God”

“You are a walking miracle”!
Those are the words spoken to me by my cardiologist on my first visit to his office on October 4th as he sat there with 114 pages of medical records from my recent seven day stay at UT hospital that started on September 9th 2023.
I’m an usher supervisor for football games at Neyland stadium and on that day while working the game between Tennessee and Austin P, I had a sudden cardiac arrest and heart attack with an artery that had 95% blockage. I’m alive and doing well today because God put me in the right place for this and directed some wonderful people around me to help make this testimony one for everyone to share. I’ve had to rely on those who were there and helped me out to put these events together.
My assistant Michael Winstead and myself and a police officer had just escorted a fan out of the stadium and walked back to one of the portals in my section where this happened. I didn’t indicate that anything was wrong , I just felt over like a tree face down. Mike immediately responded and rolled me over on my back, assessing my situation and began CPR right away. The officer radioed for medical assistance and they came quickly. When they arrived, I had no pulse and no heartbeat, it was in VFib. My body was grey and my face was turning purple. They had to shock my heart with the AED 2-3 times. I was also intubated there on scene due to loss of my heart functioning. I had a severe cut and was bleeding really bad from my head due to the fall. I was eventually stabilized enough for transporting to the hospital. Several officers blocked exit portals and directed the EMS out of the stadium to an awaiting ambulance. There was also a call for a clear path to the hospital and the police stopped traffic for this purpose. Once at the hospital, they ran several tests and scans and found that I had bleeding on my brain and my skull had been fractured from my fall. A neurologist was called in to see if they help with getting me to respond and they couldn’t. My wife Sherry Griffin, daughter Christy Miller and son Wesley Griffin arrived at the hospital shortly after being contacted by my stadium supervisor Nick Coffee. They were told that I was in critical condition and in need of major medical care. Sherry had already contacted a friend of ours from our church, Glory Church at Dante to get word out and start a prayer chain.
They continued to work on getting me to respond the following day but were unable to get any response. There were several doctors in the ICU room and they were all very concerned and were making difficult decisions about what to do next. Sherry was praying out loud, claiming healing over my body and I would be made whole again. One of the doctors decided to try one more time to get me to respond. He yelled my name out loud and when he did, my eyes opened up and I turned my head to look at him. He then asked for a “sign” like a thumbs up or something. Both of my hands clinched and both thumbs went up. You could hear the breath exhale from those doctors in the room as Sherry cried out “thank you Jesus, that’s my Lazarus right there”. I was moved out of ICU the following day to begin my recovery in a standard room. I was released from the hospital on September 15th (my birthday) with with some restrictions. My cardiologist released me to go back to work full time with no restrictions on October 9th, just four weeks after I nearly lost my life. I have also been back to Neyland Stadium working and I have been fortunate enough to meet a few of the people who were involved with saving my life. I’ve heard many stories of how things went and I must say that God had His hand on everyone involved.
Here are a few of the names some of the people that I have. I know that there’s more people but I don’t have all the names. Please tag anyone or share this post with those people who helped me out that day. Also, if you know anyone listed here , please thank them for their service. My family is grateful for all of you and we all pray blessings for each one of you.
