Exciting things are happening here in Horry County. The Faith Community is coming together to be "DOERS" for The Kingdom of God.

The Faith Connection is made up multiple Horry County Churches, Pastor's and lay people that have a heart to reach out to and assist local communities within Horry County.

Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Ministry is never about me, but alway about those I serve. I don't share this for recognition or to put the spotlight on me, but to show how good God is. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve these two wonderful people, and share the love of Jesus with them. Instead of wondering how they would get what they needed God provided. Against all odds and being told by Doctors to abort their babies because science said they wouldn't make it born at 27 weeks gestation with little to no hope for survival their precious babies are coming home Monday because these parents chose life. We serve a Mighty God. Matthew 19:26 with man these things are impossible but with God all things are possible.

Thank you to M25 Motorcycle Ministry, The Refuge, SC IPHC and all that have and are participating in this years diaper run. This ministry has helped us provide thousands of diapers and wipes to mothers here in the Grand Strand!!!

Pray for the safety of all the riders that are riding from Conway to California in 50 hours or less (50CC = 50 hours coast to coast). These men are riding for the lives of the unborn while providing for those mothers that choose life rather than abortion.

What is a gateway between a parent with a newborn(s) and social service involvement? I'm glad you asked; it's having a carseat to bring the baby home. If you don't have a carseat to bring to the hospital for staff to check and ensure it meets the safety requirements for the state in which you reside this typically results in DSS being contacted. For most parents this is a scary thought because of what social workers have represented in the past( when the reality is most just want to help). Our organization exists to close the door on this barrior by providing outreach to those in need of help. More often than not most of us take for granted the ability to order off line or walk right into the store to purchase these baby items without worrying about or the thought of where the money is going to come from. For most parents buying a carseat means neglecting another necessity i.e utility bills, rent, groceries etc. Your donations and support keep us up and running. Today we purchased 2 infant carseats, provided diapers, wipes, diaper bags for both babies, along with essentials for them both. Continuation of support allows us to keep the relationship with our moms and eliminate the worry of such expenses.

To God be the glory for everything he has done in and through this ministry, and a big thank you to everyone who supports us.

Good afternoon Lighthouse family. One of my moms just gave birth to twin girls weighing 2lb 7oz and the other 2lbs 8oz they were both born at 28 weeks gestation (12 weeks early) and they are doing amazing so far. Right now I am asking for prayer for mom and babies. I am also looking for donations of infant car seats and premie clothing. Please message me with any questions as per state guidelines car seates have to be in the box brand new. We thank you and appreciate any and all help for this family, but most important we covet your prayers. Thank you, and God bless you.

MANY young men today do not understand what it is to BE a man being the CRISIS of having no FATHERS in the home. MANY MEN have LOST their sense of VALUE, rather do to choices they have made or SOCIETY tells them they are not needed....
