The Spiritual Healing sessions aims to promote the healing of physical issues through the employment of curative magnetic action by a medium. According to Allan Kardec, the codifier of Spiritism, healing mediumship, which is a type of physical effects mediumship, consists mainly in the gift that some people have of healing by simple touch, without resorting to any medication or invasive procedure whatsoever.

The acting agent is the magnetizer’s spirit or medium, who is assisted by a discarnate spirit or spiritual doctor. It causes a transmutation by means of the magnetic fluid, which is the substance almost like cosmic matter or the universal element. The will of the patience, medium and spiritual doctor, which is the essential attribute of the spirit, plays a crucial role in the curative magnetic action that causes the modification in the organic fluids, which will result in the healing effect of the magnetic action.
