October is Pastor Appreciation Month 💙

Today, we’re taking a moment to honor our Associate Pastor, Scott.

So much of what a pastor carries happens where no one sees it - the prayers prayed in private, the conversations after service, the phone calls, the preparation, and the countless moments spent walking alongside people through every season of life.

Real change begins when we’re willing to do more than just have good intentions. God isn’t in the repair business; He’s in the renewal business. And that renewal starts when we’re willing to change - not just what we believe, but how we think and live.

Ephesians 4:22 reminds us to throw off our old sinful nature and former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Life doesn’t happen by chance; it happens by choice.

So, what do you need to stop holding on to in order to step into the new life God has for you? Are you willing to let go of the old and allow God to renew you from the inside out? 🙌🏼

Sometimes, God opens the door for an invitation before we even think to extend one 👋🏼

A simple “What are you doing this Sunday?” could be the opportunity God gives you to invite someone to church. Your friend. Your coworker. Your neighbor. Someone who’s been on your heart.

What would it look like to not only make church a priority for yourself, but to bring someone along with you? You never know what God could do in someone’s life through ONE simple invitation!

Sometimes, a few simple words can mean more than you know! That’s why we have FREE cards available throughout the month of October for you to share a little encouragement and appreciation with our pastors.

Maybe there’s a sermon that has stayed with you, a prayer you’re thankful for, a meaningful conversation, a word of encouragement, or simply the way they faithfully show up and serve. Whatever you’re grateful for, take a moment to write it down and let them know 💙

Fall Festival is just around the corner 🍂✨

Join us November 8th for an afternoon full of fall fun! From delicious chili and sweet s’mores to live bluegrass music and a petting zoo, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to figure out who you are. Maybe you’ve let your past, your failures, or someone else’s words define you. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to become a better version of yourself, hoping for a fresh start.

BUT God offers us more than a fresh start. He offers us NEW life!

So hear this: Your past is not the whole story. Your failures are not the whole story. Your disappointments are not the whole story. Your circumstances are not the whole story.

Because Jesus is ALIVE! And if Jesus is alive… YOUR STORY ISN’T OVER 💙
