Funeral services for Missy Ivie will be at 2 pm Tuesday, January 27, at O’Brien Baptist. Visitation at Smith Funeral home from 6pm-7pm Monday evening.
O’Brien Baptist will be hosting lunch at 12 pm Tuesday for the family. Help with side dishes and desserts are appreciated.

On this morning 22 years ago, 246 people woke up in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people woke up in preparation for work in the morning. 343 firefighters woke up in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers woke up in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics woke up in preparation for the morning shift of saving lives. None of them saw past 10:00am on Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. This morning, as you get up in preparation for your life today, kiss the ones you love and never take one second of your life for granted.
