Notes with Jesus 🙌🙏🙌
This evening I was walking back and forth across our porch, praying over our lives. I was asking the Lord for His power, His protection, and His provision.
The moment I finished praying for His provision, I looked up.
This was the view before me.
In that instant, the Holy Spirit spoke so clearly and so boldly in my spirit:
"I own all the cattle on the hillsides."
Immediately, my mind went to Psalm 50:10: "For every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills."
What peace flooded my heart.
How often do we pray for God to provide, while forgetting that He already owns everything. There is nothing He lacks. Nothing surprises Him. Nothing is beyond His ability to supply.
Where God guides, He always provides.
I treasure these divine moments with Jesus. They put a new fire in my belly, another skip in my step, and an unexplainable joy in my heart.
As I stood there taking it all in, I couldn't help but smile because there was another "Jesus wink."
There, among the cattle, I thought of Eugene.
He loved the countryside, cattle, his family, and most of all, the Lord. He was one of the finest men I've ever known, right alongside my daddy and my husband, Allen. Eugene helped give me my roots, and I will forever be grateful for the impact he had on my life.
Moments like this remind me that our greatest investment isn't in the things of this world...it's in eternity. Loving Jesus, pointing our children, family, and friends to Him, and living each day so they know the hope we have in Christ.
Because one day...I want us all to be together in Heaven.
Today, God answered my prayer...not just with provision, but with a reminder that He has always been, and always will be, enough. 🙌🙌🙌
Have you ever had one of those moments when God spoke to your heart through His creation? I'd love to hear about it. 🥰
