💙 PARENTS, WE NEED YOUR INPUT! 💙
When you were growing up, how did people respond when someone talked about depression, anxiety, or emotional struggles?
🤔 Were they told:
❤️ “Let’s talk about it.”
😔 “Just get over it.”
🙏 “Just pray about it.”
🤐 “Keep it to yourself.”
Many of us were raised in a generation where mental health wasn’t discussed openly. Today, we have an opportunity to change that for our children and families.
