⁉️ The most important question in Scripture can be found in and it remains the most important question for believers today.

“When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others, Elijah; still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” “But you,” he asked them, “who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

Who do you say Jesus is?

There are multiple answers, and even multiple correct answers. It’s not an easy question. But Peter’s response is one of the most important theological truths we find written anywhere. And in today’s world especially, as Jesus is used as a tool for power and influence, Peters response requires meditating on further.

One thing that I have come to understand over the past decade is how the willingness to allow the Spirit to renew our minds towards the will of Christ, truly makes us see the world differently.

A is not just a poetic phrase. It is a literal change that takes place in the mindset, vision, and attitude of those that want to truly seek the desires of God over everything else.
