WARRIORS ROOKIE GETS HIT WITH A TECHNICAL FOR TRASH-TALKING LUKA – THEN REVEALS THE ONE TEAMMATE WHO TAUGHT HIM TO IGNORE THE HATE

Yaxel Lendeborg didn’t back down from Luka Doncic in his second NBA game – he jawed at the superstar, got hit with a technical, and finished with a brutal -21. But instead of crumbling, the 24-year-old rookie revealed the unlikely mentor who’s helping him block out the noise: Brandin Podziemski, a guy who knows a thing or two about criticism. Lendeborg says Podziemski’s positive energy is teaching him to smile through the heat and keep his head up. But what nobody knew was… the real reason Lendeborg couldn’t care less about what anyone says might surprise you.

LAKERS' BEST START IN 14 YEARS HAS A SECRET WEAPON NOBODY SAW COMING

The Lakers are 2-0 for the first time since 2012, and it's not just the offense turning heads. Walker Kessler just dropped a stat line that hasn't been seen in LA since Shaq — and he's already calling out the defensive identity that's fueling this run. But here's the twist: last season they ranked 29th at the rim. Now they're 12th in defensive rating, and Kessler says it's all about one thing. What nobody expected was how quickly this young squad would buy in…

THEY FOUND A 5,000-YEAR-OLD 'PROTOTYPE' OF STONEHENGE – AND IT CHANGES EVERYTHING

Archaeologists just dropped a bombshell: a wooden structure aligned to the solstice sun, built 500 years before Stonehenge, was hiding just 3 miles away. Led by Phil Harding – the legend from Time Team – the dig turned up pottery, animal bones, and a rare disc-shaped knife. Harding calls it the highlight of his career. But what nobody knew was… the site was almost lost to a military housing project. The full story will leave you stunned.
This is the kind of discovery that makes you rethink everything about ancient Britain. Full video's here if you're curious: https://geni.us/CNN-TopNews

A $32 MILLION BET ON HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS? SACRED HEART JUST WENT ALL IN

Sacred Heart College in Glendowie is making headlines with a proposed $32 million sports centre—and they're not shy about asking for help. The 4000sq m Marist Brothers Sports Centre would feature a hall with three basketball courts and a strength training area, but the real story is the alumni muscle behind it. Several sporting legends have been name-dropped in connection with the project, and their involvement could change everything. But what nobody knew was how the community would react when the campaign went public...
Sacred Heart alumni are built different. This is huge for the school. Full video's here if you're curious: https://geni.us/wwwABCNews-Update

BANK FORECLOSES ON WIDOW FOR 12 YEARS—THEN A JUDGE STUNNED EVERYONE

A $400,000 mortgage. A husband dies. The bank keeps pushing to sell the family home. For over a decade, Alice fought in court while Bank of America insisted it had every right to foreclose. Lower courts kept siding with the bank—until one detail about a certified letter changed everything. Now an appeals court has reversed the entire judgment, and the reason is something banks hope you never find out. But what nobody knew was…
This foreclosure story is wild—the bank lost after 12 years. Full video's here if you're curious: https://geni.us/CNN-TopNews

HE TOOK SCISSORS TO HIS OWN GEAR – THEN THIS HAPPENED

Marnus Labuschagne just hit a new low – bowled for 4, then literally cut up his thigh pad in frustration. Australia's bowlers bailed them out against Bangladesh, but the batting order is a mess. And with a brutal South Africa tour looming, selectors are sweating. Labuschagne's spot is on the line, and his bizarre reaction has everyone talking. But what nobody knew was… the real reason behind his meltdown might shock you.

SHE SAVED £509 ON HER MATTRESS—HERE’S THE CODE SHE USED

You’re about to drop serious cash on a new mattress, but what if you could get up to £509 worth of freebies thrown in? Emma Sleep is quietly running a deal that stacks free pillows, protectors, and accessories on top of your order—and most people have no idea it exists. There’s also a newsletter code for an extra 5% off, plus outlet and refurbished options that slash prices even further. But the freebie window is limited, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. What nobody tells you is how to combine these offers without getting rejected at checkout…
The freebie stack alone is worth it—full details here: https://geni.us/wwwCNN-NewsNow

SHE WAS TOLD TO HIDE HER PREGNANCY—THEN HER BOSS PROMOTED HER INSTEAD

In 2025, many working moms still fear that announcing a pregnancy could derail their careers. But at Mary Kay, that fear is turned on its head—one executive got promoted both times she was pregnant. This isn't just a feel-good story; it's a legacy from a founder who built a cosmetics empire after being passed over for promotions herself. The company's culture of recognition, including those iconic pink Cadillacs, has deep roots. But what nobody knew was the real reason behind those pink cars—and it's not what you think.
