We are so excited to announce that Katie Brown and Maddy Shattuck will be joining our Kids Ministry team as our new Associates. Both bring to the team a calling to ministry and previous experience in kids ministry.
I am excited for what each of these ladies will bring to the team, but most importantly, I am excited to minister alongside them to you and your families. Together, our team will work closely on all things Kids Ministry, Birth–6th grade. Each associate will have an area of focus: Kara Davis will continue her focus on Preschool kids (Birth–Pre-K), Katie will focus on Elementary kids, specifically Kinder–2nd, and Maddy will also focus on Elementary kids, specifically 3rd–6th grade.
We got the opportunity to sit down together behind the mic and talk ministry. We hope you’ll give this podcast episode a listen to get to know our team better, along with our collective hopes and prayers for our ministry.
I am so excited for our team to hit the ground running! Maddy and Katie will start this Sunday, August 2nd. I hope you’ll take a moment to greet them and welcome them to their new roles!
