Don’t forget about our Candy Tithe this Sunday! That’s 10% of your candy as a donation (and Father Will reminds us that it isn’t just the candy you don’t like 🤣)

The donated candy will be boxed up and sent to our college students. If you know someone who would like a sweet treat box, let Rev Colleen know!

Please let me know if you plan on joining the St A’s group at the pumpkin patch this Friday! Pizza will be delivered at 6:00 and I need to know how much to order.
Remember, the Pumpkin patch playground has no entrance fee this year!!!!

Since we can’t really host Parents Night Out ( thanks a lot, Covid) we have come up with something new! Introducing Family Night In!!

Friday Oct 22nd at 7:00 we will have a virtual presentation by a Hidden Pond naturalist on nocturnal animals! You need to register for this free event so we know who gets the link and also so you can swing by the church the week before to pick up the bag of activities/snacks that go along with the program
(I’ll let you know one of the cool activities - dissecting owl pellets!!)

Join other St Andrews families at the Burke Nursery Pumpkin Patch on Friday October 15th! The pumpkin playground closes at 7:00 so plan accordingly! St Andrews will provide pizza, drinks and cookies - just let Amy Dutton know you plan on attending so we have enough! Look for Lisa Rollo - she will have a table or two staked out for our group!

Join us this Sunday for Preschool Sunday! We ask that all children remain in the service this week (instead of going to childcare - unless you feel they will struggle too much) because the sermon will be a Godly Play story told by Mrs Dutton with the kids up on the altar steps. We will sing a song from our normal Godly Play service and later the children will be invited up to the altar to watch the preparation for Eucharist.
Just before dismissal we will sing another song from preschool chapel.

Join us at the 10:00 service this Sunday (8/22) for our Blessing of the Backpacks! Bring your backpack, satchel, briefcase or other carrying apparatus to be blessed and receive a token of that blessing to carry with you the whole year!

We are so excited to announce that we will be re-opening our summer (nursery and pre-K) childcare rooms during our 10:00 service! We are limiting the number of kids to 10 (in each room) at this time so you’ll need to register. There will be a link to do this in the Friday email that Emily sends out. The staff and volunteers will be vaccinated and we are asking that kids 2 and over wear a mask. Please be aware that the pre-K class will likely be outside on the playground for part of the time so dress your child(ren) appropriately.

Join us for in-person outside church on Pentecost - May 23rd - and the kids can make a Holy Spirit flame headband to wear for the service!!

Join us for our next Messy Church! Sunday May 23 at 3:30 in front of the church! We will celebrate Pentecost with a story, a short kid-friendly service, and crafts!
