Just as your body needs food every day, your faith needs nourishment every day.

Jesus said: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4 KJV)

Practical ways:
- Read the Word every day.
- Listen to faith-filled preaching.
- Meditate on the promises of God.
- Write down the verses God highlights to you.

Faith grows when it is fed and exercised.

Faith begins where the will of God is known.

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17 KJV)

A faith mindset is developed by continually exposing yourself to God's Word until His thoughts become your thoughts.

Ask yourself:

What does God say about this situation?
What promise applies to this need?
Am I thinking according to God's Word or according to my feelings?

The more Word-conscious you become, the more faith-conscious you become.

Endurance Through God’s Promises

The only way to stay in and maintain cheerful endurance is to stay focused on the promises of God.

Jesus said: “…Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” - John 14:27 (KJV) and in the Amplified Bible: “Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]”

Praise strengthens our faith and helps us to keep our eyes on God instead of our problems.

“Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.” - Psalm 71:8 (KJV)

When challenges arise, stay focused on what God has promised rather than the circumstances.

Abraham is a powerful example of enduring faith: “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.” - Romans 4:20–21 (KJV)

Abraham did not waver when faced with impossible circumstances. Instead, he remained strong in faith, gave glory to God, and became fully convinced that God would do exactly what He had promised.

To endure successfully, we must do the same—remain focused on God’s promises, fill our mouths with praise, refuse fear and unbelief, and stay fully persuaded that God is faithful to perform His Word.

Faith Declaration

I declare that I remain steadfast in faith and focused on God’s promises. My heart is not troubled, and I refuse to be afraid. My mouth is filled with praise and thanksgiving all day long. I do not stagger at the promises of God through unbelief, but I am strong in faith, giving glory to God. I am fully persuaded that what God has promised, He is able and faithful to perform. In Jesus’ name, amen.

“I am anchored in Biblical hope, and my soul remains steadfast in every circumstance.”

What mountain are you facing today?

Jesus said: “Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” — Mark 11:22-23 (KJV)

No mountain is greater than our God! Whether you are believing for healing, restoration, provision, breakthrough, direction, or a miracle in your family, God is still responding to faith.

Join us tomorrow at Legacy Church as we learn how to put our faith in God, speak to the mountains in our lives, and stand on His promises until we see the victory.

Come expecting.
Come believing.
Come ready to receive.
