It has come to my attention that someone has received a letter from me, W. E. Johnson Landscaping, about the Byrd Cemetery. Not sure of the details yet but be advised, it’s a SCAM! I have not sent a letter to anyone concerning Byrd Cemetery or anything relating to my business, W. E. Johnson Landscaping. Your donations are appreciated and welcome but please be careful of the scam artist out there. You can always verify with me or Lisa that it’s legitimate and/or we have received your donation. Thanks again for your support.

Cemetery mowed/cleaned 12 Nov. The recent hurricane did extensive damage to the trees on each side of the lane and a couple trees in the back corner of the cemetery. Thanks to Russ Moody for cutting up most of the trees in the cemetery.

Many flowers on grave sites were also destroyed/blown away and need replacing. Please visit/donate when you can. Suggestions/recommendations always welcome.

Current Fund Balance $450. Next cemetery cleanup (removing more limbs from hurricane) is 4 Dec. (Tentative).
