Sharing more about Maggie’s fitness journey on the blog today!

We are talking about Maggie’s Squat on the blog today (link in bio). We are using the movements developed at the .

The first progression of the squat is usually squatting with the forepaws one full cinderblock higher. At her start, Maggie just wasn’t there.

I had to step back and break the progression into even smaller steps. I wanted to utilize a commonly available peice of equipment.

These bricks (stollen from my kids play toys!) are approximately 1/3 of a cinderblock while other bricks are closer to 1/2 a block.

Aaaaaaaand the gym was finally delivered and unloaded. Morgan is working on moving it all where it needs to be while Brian is at work. We have a neighbor that is going to help us with the interior this weekend.

We hope to have it fully functional in about a week!!!!!
