💛 Happy Pastor Appreciation Month Pastor Sophie Lov
Pastor Sophia, thank you for stand in the gap so that the vision of PHA church stays alive. You take heavy administrative, financial, and organizational burdens off the shoulders of our senior pastor and our staff. You look at the vision & mission for Powerhouse Assembly with the same spiritual care that others look at scripture. You train new leaders, educate new members, manage deadlines, lead intercessory prayer for our pastors, & hold leaders & members accountable to their roles and assignments in all things pha so that the ministry can flow smoothly with integrity. You service to this ministry exceeds that of a job or a career. You take pride in the genuine calling to build a healthy, thriving house for God’s people. Pastor Sophia, thank you for your wise counselor, and your calming presence in the storm when unexpected challenges hit our church. You protect our staff, you guard our resources, and you do it all with a spirit of humility, grace, and fierce dedication to the Kingdom.
