Hello my friends,

Our fiscal year is ending for our Council this June.

There are opportunites for members to take on various leadership positions in our Council.

When I first joined the Fr. Bob Brusso Council in 2019, I soon realized that for me to get the most value personally/spiritually and have more fun, I needed to put myself out there.

I was a member of a Newton Council about 10 years earlier and I was not active and I soon dropped out.

Once I moved to Fitchburg and joined K of C, I decided that I was going to lean in and enjoy the experience.

I attends meetings regularly and volunteered for a couple of positions.

I became Deputy Grand Knight for 1 year and then Grand Knight for 2 years.

I also went to a couple of conferences in the last few years. I have had fun and have felt spiritually renewed by the fellowship.

I am asking you to consider getting out of your comfort zone and do a little more and take on a role.

I will support you in doing this.

I just finished reading You Owe You by Eric Thomas PhD. I found the book to be highly inspirational for business owners and for anyone else seeking to be more resilient and more excited about life personally and professionally. He is a pastor and man of deep faith. Check it out!

Bob Bruso Council # 15962 has a presence at both St. Anthony's and St. Camillus in Fitchburg. We are a group of men who enjoy laughing and being of service.
