The Dakota Conference Young Adult Camp was a wonderful event this past weekend. The team set out with three goals in mind: First, no nurses or hearses; second, have a whole pile of enriching fun; and third, draw closer to Jesus in a meaningful way. The participants enjoyed the weekend immensely. We had tons of fun, powerful worships with deep, meaningful group conversations around the campfire, and all of them commented on the excellent quality food! It's always nice to excel in areas that are not even the target goal. We praise the Lord for wonderful young people, awesome staff, glorious weather, and an enriching time of play and worship!

Pastor Marveen and Halley were married earlier this month in Nebraska, and friends from across the Dakotas are invited to join the Spearfish church family for a local wedding reception and celebratory potluck on Sabbath, September 5.

Good news! Young Adult Camp is happening August 20–23 at Northern Lights Camp, and we've extended the registration deadline to August 9 to allow more young adults to join us.
